Training programs

Brick masons build and repair walls, fireplaces and other structures with brick or stone. 

Carpenters follow blueprints and building plans to install and fix structures and construct and install building frameworks.

Automotive service technicians and mechanics perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels and rotating tires. 

Painters apply paint, stain and coatings to walls and ceilings, buildings, bridges or other items such as cars, jewelry and ceramics.

Plumbers install and repair piping fixtures and systems.

Urban Foresters operate heavy machinery, including boom trucks, loaders, stump and brush chippers, and power saws.
